Packing Light

Happy Halloween! Any fun plans this evening? Who's dressing up? I'm sure I'll throw together a last-minute costume for one party or another.
Here's a second outfit from my trip to Arizona, and you'll probably notice I'm wearing the same leggings and boots that I was in my post from Tuesday. One of the biggest things I strive for on short trips is packing light - planning outfits with items that can be worn more than once without being obvious. Especially when you are packing a large item like over-the-knee boots, this tip comes in very handy.

Thanks for all the sweet comments about my new hair - I cut off 7 inches, and am loving it. I also added some golden highlights, and am planning to add a few more next time.
I love this look - it's so simple, but makes such a statement, and I felt like it was perfect for AZ.
Have a happy and safe Halloween ladies!

  1. I absolutely love this outfit - can I please have both your poncho and your hat? (: Packing light is definitely one of the most important things for me when I go on a trip, especially because I know I'll be coming home with tons of goodies later on. Also, it inevitably makes getting dressed so much easier, so you really can't go wrong!
