Mercury Method

Morning loves! On Tuesday I was invited by Gilt City to attend a private fitness session at Mercury Method. The Mercury Method classes combine elements of strength training, Pilates, yoga and endurance conditioning in a 60 minute work out in a 98.6 degree room. The work out was amazzzing and I'm still feeling the pain from it! If you're in the Chicago area, I highly recommend going -  I cant wait to go back!
 With the holiday's here it's easy to put working out on the back burner (I know I do!) so I wanted to share Gilt City Chicago's next fitness offer - Pure Barre will go live on 12/18. It's the fastest, most effective, yet safest way to change your body. In just 55 minutes, you will achieve a full-body workout concentrating on the areas women struggle with the most: hips, thighs, seat, abdominals and arms.
