Life Lately (In Photos)

Happy Monday loves! A photo recap of life lately (crazy busy but amazing!). My mom was in NYC for a week, and then we were headed to Chicago to celebrate at my bestie's bachelorette party. Warning: photo overload!
A day in SoHo + Tribeca meant breakfast at Bubby's, Georgetown Cupcakes, and shopping.
I surprised my mama with tickets to the Lion King for Mother's Day. Our seats were amazing, and the show was seroiusly incredible! I'm not the biggest Broadway fan (to be honest), but I would highly recommend this show to everyone - there's really no bad seat in the house.
We spent Mother's Day in Brooklyn at Smorgasburg, and this donut was the best I've ever had! Still dreaming about it.
Central Park is so gorgeous right now, we tried to make it there every day for a long walk.
An afternoon at the Met did not disappoint - there is an awesome rooftop exhibit right now (basically drinks + food on a grassy rooftop overlooking Central Park and the city skyline), and we loved the Charles James: Beyond Fashion exhibit - the gowns were beautiful.
Mother's Day Flowers - I picked up two dozen white roses for my mom, and then the other two arrangements were delivered for us while my hubby was out of town. He really went all out this year - I could barely carry them upstairs. I love flowers, and am so sad when it's time to throw them away.
Landed in Chicago for #bacheloretteweekend. Sorry New York lovers, but Chicago is definitely more beautiful (and cleaner!). I forgot how gorgeous this city was - I lived there for 4 years. It was fun to be back!
The beautiful bride-to-be! I found the cutest veil headband for her at BCBG - it was a fun way to 'brand' her as the bride.
We had blowouts at Blowtique - it was SO nice to have my hair washed and styled by someone else. It was my first blowout, and it definitely won't be my last!
Headed to dinner on night one.
Found the cutest neon crossbody bag at Nordstrom, I couldn't find it online, but it's by French Connection.
We stayed at the Peninsula Hotel - I love this hotel, and highly recommend it. It has the best views, really nice rooms, and the perfect location!
Love these ladies! Some of us have been friends since preschool - it was so fun to spend a great weekend together.

Loved this dress - too bad I'll never get to wear it again (ripped the mesh skirt - boo!).

Back in NYC this morning - LOVED being able to spend time with my mom & some of my oldest and best friends this weekend. Have a great day, ladies! Xx
