The space is stunning and seemed to be never-ending. Our table was in the 'library' - we lucked out and got a private table with leather banquettes for the chairs - if you're used to dining with a party of 2 in NYC, you know how rare that is ;). Definite bonus points.
Cocktails: we started (and ended) the night with 'Benevolence' - watermelon + Thai basil, yes please.
Per our waiters suggestion, we shared a couple small plates and one entree. Appetizers: edamame dumplings and rock shrimp (both were so amazing, but the rock shrimp was my favorite).
Main course: sizzling short rib with mushroom chow fun and Asian pear. I would normally never order the short rib, but my hubby wanted to try it - OMG it was so good. No knife necessary - melt in your mouth amazingness. The noodles were the perfect side to the dish.
