Happy Friday, loves! So excited it's the weekend - the weather here has been really great all week, I'm excited for a h-o-t (in the 80s) weekend in the city. Today I'm sharing the results of my 30-day cleanse with Isagenix. To be honest, I was skeptical going into it, I didn't really think it would help me all that much, but I was wrong. I cut caffeine for the most part (still sip on a latte here and there), which was difficult for the first two days, but I've never slept so well in my life. My skin improved, and I lost a decent amount of fat, + 4 lbs - losing actual pounds was not my goal for the cleanse, but losing 4 put me right below where I was pre-pregnancy woohoo! The biggest difference I can see is that I've leaned out quite a bit (for 30 days), which was my main goal. I wanted to lose that extra layer of fat I gained over the past year. But most importantly, I just feel better. Way better. More energy, healthy, and happy. I still have a ways to go to get in the shape I want to be in (like half marathon ready), but this was such a great kick start. Although the cleanse is over, I ordered more shakes to have for breakfast because I don't want it to end (HA - never thought I'd say that!).
