Snaps from San Diego

Hi! I just got back from a long trip in San Diego. I was originally going for a long weekend with Camden but Kyle had a week off so we extended my trip and booked him a ticket! It was his first time going back since he moved so he was excited to show me around and see his family. It was SOO hot while we were there...I don't think I did my hair or makeup once, ha!
We had a girls day while Kyle watched the babies. Rachel (Kyle's sister) had her wedding dress fitting, we did a little shopping, lunch at George's, then went to meet with her wedding planner at the venue where she's getting married. I can't believe how much goes into wedding planning...I have a lot of work to do!

sunset cliffs - so gorg!

these two monkey's are 15 months apart - I see trouble in the future ;) wish I got a picture of all the cousins together, ugh!
enchilada night
Kyle's parents have a condo in PB (where he used to live) so we spent a morning there so he could show me his old hood. I loved the cute houses along the beach.
i'm sure you saw on snapchat (@somewherelately) but the SD zoo did not disappoint - if it wasn't so hot, we would of spent all day and night there!
Lisa's house just got remodeled and the backyard was worked on until the night before the shower. We felt like we were on one of those home makeover shows where you had 24 hours to get everything done. There was 10 of us cleaning and putting everything back together on Friday night and her aunts even laid mulch Saturday AM. I wish I had a before and after picture! It turned out soooo beautiful! P.S the grass is fake...can you even tell!?

  2. Looks like an amazing time! What a beautiful family you'll be joining :) How exciting! And ugh - is it bad that sometimes I'm glad I'm not engaged yet because wedding planning makes my head want to explode haha (especially after helping my older sister and a bunch of my friends)!
