If you follow along on social media, you probably saw my big news last night – I’m expecting my first little one in June! This was definitely a surprise for my boyfriend and I. We had it all planned out – engagement, puppy, wedding, babies…butttttttt life doesn’t always go as planned and we couldn’t be more excited for this little blessing.
How far along: 14 weeks!
Cravings: Ramen Noodles and Runts…so random!? I’ve had more food aversions then cravings, ugh! Gender: Baby boy!We thought it would be fun to know before the holidays so we did a blood test to find out early. We were both convinced it was a girl and had no boy names picked out! So if you have any cute boy names, send them my way. Luckily we still have plenty of time to decide!
Maternity clothes: Not yet…luckily most of my sweaters and tees are over-sized so I’m hoping to hold off for awhile. Although my jeans are starting to feel a little snug!
Exercise: I was so fatigued during my first trimester, exercising was the last thing on my mind. Hoping to start hitting the gym once I get more energy.
Sleep: Lately I’ve been waking up in the middle of the night having to run to the bathroom from nausea – not fun!
Missing anything: A normal diet…my appetite is so blah. A cocktail wouldn’t be bad either 😉
Milestone: Out of the first trimester and starting to see a tiny bump! Feeling: Excited and nervous! Also ready to start feeling better. The nausea and fatigue have been wearing me down but I’ve heard great things about the second trimester!
