How far along? 32 weeks – only 5 more weeks until I’m “full term” … woah!
Maternity clothes? Maternity jeans, yes! Maternity tops – not really.I’m still holding out a little bit, but definitely need to look into purchasing a few more basic maternity tops to get me through the last couple of months. The top I’m wearing in these pictures is so amazing and is from Lululemon.
Sleep? Sleep? What is sleep? A big fat negative.
Best moment this week? My mom surprised me with a visit to NY, and I’m so excited to spend time with her and Sophia all week. It’s so nice to be around family after losing my grampie last week.
Physical activity? We bought a treadmill and weights for our home over the weekend, so I plan to start using those ASAP. Chasing a toddler around all day has been the extent of my workouts thus far. I’m really anxious to get back in shape after baby, and plan to document the entire process for anyone who is interested in following along (I plan to create a different instagram account so those who are interested can follow). Going to the gym was just so unrealistic for me, especially once I add a newborn to the mix, so having a “home gym” will make things much easier.
Baby movement? Baby ninja is still on the loose in there!
Food cravings? Candy, cookies, ice cream, shakes…need I say more? In other exciting news, it was a Christmas miracle when I passed my glucose test!
Gender? It’s a girl! Here’s the reveal if you missed it!
Milestones? I feel like this is the final countdown, and I still have SO MUCH to do. I haven’t prepared anything – no new clothes, nothing for the nursery…nothing. I need to step it up before I’m really waddling around the mall ha!
Feelings: Excited and still nervous!! Really starting to feel like I’m ready to ‘nest’ – I want to get the nursery together ASAP, and I’ve been looking for something cute to bring her home in. It’s about to get r-e-a-l.
