Hope you ladies are having a great week! We’ve been busy over here – Sophia had surgery yesterday (nothing serious, but still never fun for a mama), and the demo of our kitchen & master bath also started yesterday. I’m starting to feel a little better (I have shingles), and it seems like everything is starting to settle down a little bit. Super excited because Meggan is coming to NYC next week, and we’ll be spending a few days together in the city!
I wanted to share my powder room before & after today even though it’s still not completely done – the crown moulding needs to be completed, and I need to find some art for above the toilet. But, I was afraid if I didn’t get it photographed, it might not happen for a long time (powder room is close to the kitchen, so it’s a mess right now). We’re really happy with the way it turned out, and it just feels and looks SO. MUCH. BETTER. I’ve linked all the sources at the bottom. Okay, here we go!
Here’s a look at the same view before…so terrible. When we moved in, not only did we have a black sink & toilet, the walls were a deep maroon color lol.
You can see the previous wall color below here.
We chose a honed 2″ marble hexagon tile with a light gray grout.
This space is small and has no natural light, so I wanted to do wallpaper to give it some life. We chose this paper from Serena & Lily (color is bone).
