Hope you guys had a great weekend! Today we are sharing two opposite looks from Nordstrom that really show the difference in weather in our two cities – Dallas & New York. We’re finishing up our holiday shopping, and 90% of our gifts for people are coming from Nordstrom lol…no surprise there ;).
I got home last night after spending a week at my parents house. I don’t know why but I feel like a zombie today…I’m definitely hitting up Starbucks drive-thru right after I click publish! My parents are actually coming to Dallas this Saturday so I need to try and get the house put together before then. I’m still on the hunt for dining chairs, rugs, living room chair, side tables, plants…the list seems never ending!
I’ve worn these booties so much since I bought them a few weeks ago. I’m really taking advantage of the warm Dallas winter 😉 I would of never been able to wear them in Chicago!
It’s officially winter in New York & we had our first real snow last night which was exciting – I love snow around Christmas! Sadly, it melted overnight…but hoping we will have a white Christmas! We bundled up over the weekend to head out and do some holiday shopping – the mall was SO busy (a lot of other people had the same idea lol). I picked up a few gifts for family, and this scarf (on sale!) & boots for myself at Nordstrom.
I’ve been wearing my puffy coats non-stop and this one never disappoints! It promises to keep you warm all the way down to -5 degrees F which is necessary in NY. Meggan has the same one, but I doubt she’ll get much use out of it in Dalls ;).
I also grabbed a new nude lipstick (as if I actually need more lol), but this one from Nars is my absolute favorite – the shade is Rosecliff! I swear it’s the perfect nude. I wore it with this liner (in shade Subculture).
