Good morning, ladies! Time for our March Beauty Favorites – we love that these posts have been highly requested because it’s fun for us to try new things and share our favorites with you! Ulta is in the middle of their ’21 Days of Beauty’ event right now, and if you haven’t checked it out yet, you neeeeed to…trust us! Every day brings a new deal, and they’re actually incredible. Like, really. You can see the entire calendar with upcoming deals here. Okay, onto our March favorites!Stila Convertible Color – I’ve been using this stuff for sooo long. I even remember my mom having it in her makeup drawer growing up! I love love love it for spring & summer because it gives you a dewy glow. I apply it to my cheeks after my foundation with this beauty sponge. If I’m using it on my lips, I put on a balm first (like this one – my favorite), then dab onto lips. It’s part of Ulta’s 21 Days of Beauty (you need to check this out if you haven’t!) – over 50% OFF today only! This 21-day event is actually giving the best deals we’ve EVER seen on beauty products that everyone loves! Not just ‘meh’ products, it’s crazy!
Becca Backlight Priming Filter – I had heard sooo many good things about this primer from a couple friends as well as YouTuber’s, so when I ran out of the one I was using, I picked up this one, and I loooove it! It’s a primer, but it gives you an all-over glow (if you can’t tell, I’m really into glowing skin for spring lol) that is ahhhmazing before you even apply your foundation. I swear it helps reduce the appearance of fine lines as well – I think any luminous product helps do that. If you’re concerned about fine lines/wrinkles, opt for dewy products instead of matte finish!
Mac Lipsticks – shades Blankety and Fresh Brew. Fresh Brew is so pretty on and kind of sheer but gives an amazing, natural looking color to your lips!
Real Techniques beauty sponges – these were on my ‘Drugstore Favorites,’ but I just bought a new pack & was reminded of how much I love them ;). A two pack is only $11.
Mario Badescu Vitamin C Serum – This serum has amazing reviews (and tons of them!), so I finally had to try it and I love it! Everyone should be using a Vit C serum – it helps even skintone, reduce signs of aging, and so many people say it helps with their acne scarring! This one is a great price-point for a quality serum!
Cover FX Drops (in shade sunlight) – I’ve been wanting to try these for soooo long, and finally pulled the trigger. WOW. These drops are insane – so pigmented and gorgeous! These are another great makeup product for spring & summer b/c the glow factor is so good! I add a couple drops (literally 1-2) to my liquid foundation before applying to my face. These can also be used as a highlighter over any liquid product (just don’t apply over powder).
Mario Badescu Facial Spray – I had actually never tried this until a month ago when I saw it in the ‘fan faves’ section at Ulta, and now I’m hooked! The price is great, and it makes your skin feel so refreshed! You can use it in the morning after moisturizer, after applying makeup (as a setting spray), or at night before bed. I can’t wait to throw it in my purse this summer when it’s so hot and humid out – will feel so good!
Lorac Pro Contour Palette – I had been wanting to try this for awhile now after seeing all the amazing reviews (4.5 stars and 629 reviews!). I’m no pro at contouring but this palette makes it super simple. The colors are soft but super pigmented and a little goes a long ways. I personally love the highlighter, it gives your skin a refreshing glow! It also comes with a contour brush which I love (so soft!). This palette is on sale for $20 TODAY ONLY (normally $45)!
TONYMOLY Green tea Mask – I love grabbing a new mask every time I pop into Ulta. I’ve always been a huge fan of the TONYMOLY masks, especially this one and this one, but had never tried the green tea one. It’s super hydrating and my skin felt refreshed after using. Will definitely be buying it again!
Buxom Lip Polish – This is my favorite plumping gloss! I usually wear ‘White Russian’ but wanted to try another shade since I wear it to death. This one is ‘Samantha’ and it’s a really pretty pinkish/nude.
Kopari Cleansing Oil – I only use cleansing oil to take off my makeup. I feel like it’s the only product that really gets it all off (it literally melts it off your face!). I’ve loved all the Kopari products I’ve recently tried (deodorant, coconut crush scrub, moisturizer) so I wanted to give the cleansing oil a try. It leaves your skin feeling hydrated (some removers make your skin feel stripped) and sooo soft!
NYX HD Finishing Powder – Brooke introduced me to finishing powders last year and omg I couldn’t believe I had been missing out! I’ve been using this NYX one for about a month now and really like it. It helps erase fine lines and pores – something I need majorly.
