Summer is here, and New York is hotttt. You guys know I’m not the biggest fan of shorts (even though I still wear them sometimes), so I’ve been looking for dresses and comfy pants that are cool enough to wear day to night on those super hot days when jeans are a no-go.

I picked up these pants (on major sale!) and this top from Vince last week, and I love them paired together or separate. I love an all white look for summer, but both of these pieces are so versatile I know I’ll get so much use out of both. I’m wearing a small in the pants and XS in the top. I was a little nervous about the pants because one of the reviews said they were sheer, but I wore them with these undies and they were perfectly fine! I know, not the cutest…but they’re the best under white pants and dresses – trust!

I love a good tee, but this is not your average tee – the silk, raw edge, and details are so good. Vince has the best basics, and although they’re more of an investment, they will last you for years to come.
