My mom has been making this dip since I can remember and it’s always the BIGGEST hit at parties (like it’s gone in minutes)! Everyone always asks for the recipe so I thought it would be a good one to share on the blog.
Ingredients:
16 oz. cream cheese
3/4 cup mayo
*3 tbsp southwestern seasoning mix
2 green onion thinly sliced
1 chopped red pepper
1 can chopped olive
3/4 cup salsa
1 garlic clove
1 can black beans
1 can corn
Directions:
Bottom layer – combine cream cheese, mayo, and seasoning mix and spread on bottom of serving dish.
Mix other ingredients and spread on top of cream cheese mixture. I like to mix these all together and let it marinate in the fridge for about an hour before putting it on top of the spread.
*If you don’t have the Pampered Chef seasoning, you can look for a similar one at the grocery store or mix your own. I’ve made one similar to this.
Enjoy!
