New Scent For Fall & The Story Of How I Found It

You guys know I collect perfume…lol. I have so many, and I always want to try more. I have been this way since high school…I wish I still had all of my old perfumes! I like mixing it up from day to day, and I love the way the bottles look displayed, so I don’t feel bad buying more ;). I actually went to re-order a bottle of one of my favorites – Jo Malone Wood Sage & Sea Salt, but decided to try something new for fall when I saw this quiz! Okay, this is fun! You can select the Mood (sexy, confident, relaxed, etc), Occasion (daytime, evening, work, etc), and Preferred Scent Family (floral, fresh, etc). I was looking for something sexy & fresh that I could wear during the day. These were my results based on my preferences. Since I prefer to smell a perfume in person before buying, I stopped in Nordstrom with my list (I just printed out my results page). I was walking over to try Waterlily Sun when a woman asked if I needed help. And OMG. She smelled so good! I immediately forgot about my list and asked her what she was wearing (and crossed my fingers hoping they sold it). She told me it was , took me over to the GA counter, and I immediately grabbed the largest bottle they had. I told her I was actually coming in to find the perfumes on my list, but she smelled so good I decided to 86 the list. When I was checking out, I glanced at my piece of paper and realized that Sí had been one of my top results! Lol. It was fragrance fate ;).

Love the blush color of this perfume, and the shape of the cap. So pretty!

While I was there I picked up this outfit too. I love the color of this coat (runs large, wearing a size 2). This basic turtleneck is perfect for layering – the material is super stretchy and comfortable.

I’m so happy with these boots – they’re so comfortable, and look designer. They run TTS. Pulled out this mini velvet bag again now that it’s fall. Out of all my sunglasses, this is the pair I wear the most, and they’re under $100!

More of my favorite perfumes for fall…

Thank you to Nordstrom for partnering on this post!
