A Full-Body Workout You Can Do Anywhere

Working out is challenging, but sometimes getting to the gym or a class you’ve signed up for is the hardest part! Some days we just don’t feel like getting in the car to drive to the gym, or we are traveling, so we have a go-to circuit routine for a full-body workout that will burnnn! You can do this workout anywhere – a small apartment, a hotel room, or even at the gym! The best part is you can complete as many rounds of the circuit as you have time for that day – even if it’s just one! This workout hits everything – cardio, arms, legs, and abs. If you want to add more cardio, you can always double the cardio reps (jumping jacks, jump squats, jump rope, etc). Okay, here it is…the workout you can literally do anywhere:

– 50 jumping jacks
– 10 jump squats
– 20 walking lunges (10 each leg)
– 15 squats
– 100 jump ropes (you don’t have to actually use a jump rope, just the motion)
– 30 standing side leg raises (ballet/barre class style, 15 each leg, with or without a resistance band)
– 10 burpees
– 25 pushups (on your knees if you need to)
– 15 tricep dips (on a chair/bench)
– 30 mountain climbers
– 10 leg raises (laying on your back, for abs)
– 50 bicycle crunches (25 each side)
– 1-2 minute plank

I’ve really cut back from going to the gym the last couple weeks. I have to use the restroom so often that it makes me dread going haha! These leggings are so fun – the mesh on the back & the stripes on the side make them a little different than your typical black leggings. PS – if you don’t have resistance bands you need some! Easy to travel with and great for toning.

This bra top & this hoodie are great, comfy basics! The bra is longer and could easily be worn alone if you don’t mind a crop top!
