Recent Sephora Finds (That Are 20% off!)

We #cantstopwontstop buying beauty & skincare products. We’ve got issues lol, but we are always wanting to try new products, especially so we can share our favorites with you all! The good news about today’s post, though, is that it’s currently the Holiday Bonus Beauty Insider Event at Sephora – which means that as a Sephora Beauty Insider you can get 15% off your purchase (event dates are 11/16-11/19)! If you aren’t a Sephora Beauty Insider member yet you can easily sign up here or in-store. Super easy and free, we are both (obviously) members ;). As a Beauty Insider you receive special discounts and promotions (also…free makeovers!). They also extended the 20% off for Rouge and VIB members with the code enjoy till the 19th. We’re already taking full advantage…here’s what we’ve purchased.

Meggan:First of all, I wish you could smell this mask through the screen! It has a light watermelon smell and it’s so refreshing – kind of like a watermelon Jolly Rancher. Beyond being super hydrating, it helps with uneven skin tone/texture, dullness, and oiliness. I’ve only been using it a week but can already tell a difference in my skin – it feels so soft.

I bought this Hourglass palette on a whim because Camden was not down to shop (lesson learned – never bring a toddler to Sephora). But I’m so happy I decided to throw it in my bag because the colors are amazing! It gives your skin a natural glow which is exactly what I wanted. The highlighter is nicely pigmented and the blush gives off the right amount of color. I highly recommend!

If you’re like me and not the best at applying makeup – this comes with instructions on how to use it.

I needed a new moisturizer for the AM and wanted to try this one from Saturday Skin. I’ve only heard good things about this brand and their pretty packaging reeled me in. It’s lightweight which is nice because I don’t like anything too heavy before applying my makeup. It definitely makes my skin look dewy!

I picked up the Saturday Skin Rise + Shine Gentle Cleanser as well. I have sensitive skin and this doesn’t dry it out or leave it feeling striped.

Brooke:I probably have 15 nude lipsticks, but I’m always buying more because you can never have too many ;), and I’m always on the hunt for the “perfect nude.” This is a new one, and great for winter because it’s super moisturizing (feels so good on dry lips unlike a lot of lipsticks!). The shade is ‘Sexpot,’ and it’s a soft, warm beige. Perfectly nude! It’s the shade I’ve been wearing on my lips recently.

I love Anastasia eye palettes. The colors and combinations are always so so good! I just picked up her new Sultry palette, and it’s perfect for the holidays! The matte colors create a great base, and the shimmer colors are so pretty and not crazy (also, the shimmer colors do not have little sparkles in them which makes me happy – I do not like sparkles in eyeshadow)! I’ll be wearing this a ton in the next couple of months.

Tip – I don’t use eyeliner on my lower lash line, I just sweep a darker shade under the lash line after I’m finished with my eyeshadow. It’s a much softer look than eyeliner.

Everyone raves about Drunk Elephant products, so I’m really excited to try this eye serum! I just finished my eye cream, so I’ll let you know how I like this one!

These drops are like magic! I love a glowy face, especially in winter when my skin gets super dry. I mix a drop (or two, max) in with my foundation before applying with a BeautyBlender and it gives an instant glow. I just ran out of my first bottle, so I picked up a new one. I use the shade ‘sunlight.’

Another Anastasia product I love…the brow definer (I use dark brown). I love that this brow pencil has a brush on one end and the pencil on the other! Tip – always brush your brow hairs up before you start to fill them in.
