I’ll be honest, I don’t miss the days of having to wear a full suit to the office every single day, but that’s because I never had a suit like this when I was working in a ‘business professional’ office ;). Suits are huge right now whether or not you work in an office (just a bonus if you do!). I’m currently loving colored suits like this one & this one from REISS, but also classic options like this one…obsessed with the buttons!

I remember splurging on a couple pieces from REISS when I got a new job – my friend told me if you buy quality basics, they will last you much longer. I wasn’t sure since I didn’t really want to spend a lot on work clothes, but I still have those two blouses 7 years later, and they look brand new (tip: always dry clean your investment pieces)! And everything I bought on the cheap has been donated (4+ years ago). So, while I know it’s not realistic to splurge on your entire wardrobe, especially if it’s for work, I think investing in a few key pieces is so  worth it in the long run! If you work in an office, here are the items I would recommend for you: these pants, this blazer, and this blouse. This blazer is on my wishlist – I know I would wear it all.the.time.

I wore this look to a meeting downtown last week, but I will definitely be paring the blazer with a white tee and jeans for more casual days. This cami is a new favorite – I love the stitch detail, and the material is nice and thick, want it in black as well!

I love that these mules look like pumps with this suit, they’re so comfy! I wore them with jeans over the weekend also.

REISS also has a lot more than suits & office-wear. I ordered this knot bracelet (wearing it in these photos), and it would make a great gift for the holidays as well – it’s only $60 but looks like one I just saw for over $300! I also ordered this dress for a holiday party. I can not get over the color and the amazing details (check out the buttons on the side and the back! all the heart eyes!).

I’m loving…

Thank you to REISS for partnering on this post!
