Our Morning Routines

We wanted to give you guys a little glimpse into our daily lives so we’re sharing our morning routines!

6:30-7ish – Wake up, skincare routine (posted it on the blog last week!), make Mila’s bottle, fill my gallon water jug and make coffee. I love getting up before everyone in the house – feels so peaceful lol.
7:30 – Make my to-do list, check emails and enjoy my coffee before the kids wake up! Sometimes I’ll bring Warren on a walk if my husband is still home.
8:00-9:00 – Get ready for the day. Cam is usually up by now. He’s super easy – takes a shower, has breakfast, and plays with toys until it’s time to leave for school. I do random things around the house in the meantime.
9:30 – Drop Camden off at school and then do a few errands like the grocery store or UPS.
10:30-11:00 – Work out. I need to do it in the AM otherwise I never feel like doing it at the end of the day. Luckily we have a little home gym so I really have no excuses ;) I’m going to share everything in our gym next week so for those of you that have been asking, stay tuned. I’m a sneaker junkie and always looking for new shoes to work out in. I recently got the adidas UltraBOOST 19 – I’ve always loved Brooke’s adidas, so I was excited to get a pair! There are so many cute color combos but I was really loving the white/nude/black. Perfect for working out or if you just need to run a couple errands. I went down a full size but probably could’ve just down half a size as well.
11:00-12:00 – Try to get as many things done around the house as I can (throw in laundry, vacuum, organize, etc) and then do a little work before picking Cam up from school. The mornings always go so quick but luckily Cam still naps from 1-4ish (Mila takes a good nap too) so I have the afternoon to get a lot done!

6:30-7:00 – Wake up, meditate. I use the Headspace app for meditation and I love it! Highly recommend it if you don’t already use it, best way to start your day!
7:30-8:30 – Make bed, get dressed, make my collagen coffee, & the get girls ready for school. When I get dressed, I always throw on my outfit I’m going to wear to the gym because I head there right after I drop the girls off at school. 9:00 – Gym. At the gym I will either do a workout on my own or take a class. I’ve been trying to get to the gym 4 days/week and love having it as part of my routine. My favorite classes are the ones that mix weights and cardio! The adidas UltraBOOST 19’s are perfect for any workout – ideal for running, and great for weight circuits as well.
10:30 – I use the last part of my morning (before I have to pick up Avery from preschool) to run errands for the day. Mamas, you know it’s 100x’s easier to run errands without a toddler, am I right? I’ll run to the grocery store, post office, dry cleaner, or squeeze in a mani/pedi with a chair massage – multitasking! ;) Before I know it, my morning is over and it’s time to grab Avery from school. Ahhh mornings, they always go too fast, but I feel like I finally have a pretty good routine down!
