If you’ve never tried Not Your Daughter’s Jeans (or NYDJ), you really need to! I picked up this new pair from Nordstrom recently and they’ve been on constant rotation since. we love that NYDJ has such a good selection of jeans for every body type, and the prices are extremely reasonable for being ‘premium’ denim – most fall at the $100 price point.

The pair I’m wearing today are the Ami Super Skinny jeans, which features a snug, legging-like fit and a high-rise waist. There is a good amount of stretch in them, making them perfect for everyday wear. They also come with NYDJ’s Lift and Tuck Technology to help slim and smooth out your silhouette – and it actually works. Whether you’re petite, plus size or in between, you’ll be able to find the best pair that’s both figure-flattering and super comfortable.

One of our biggest pet peeves is jeans that don’t retain their shape after one wash or loosen up with wear. After testing these out, we didn’t run into that issue at all. However, note that they do run a little large, so size down.

These jeans are classic and trendy enough to be worn during the day or at night. I paired my jeans with this basic tee and cardigan, but I can’t wait to pile on chunky knit layers and faux fur outerwear. You can also dress them up with heels and a moto jacket for a chilly night out.
