What We’re Making For Dinner This Week

On the menu this week:

Meggan:
Monday: Low carb ground chicken taco skillet – I haven’t made this before but sounds good and easy!
Tuesday: Salmon served with grilled asparagus and side salad
Wednesday: These turkey meatballs with steamed broccoli and side salad
Thursday: Lean turkey sloppy Joes with roasted carrots (these are my favorite!)
Friday: Going to grill burgers and a salad which has: avocado, grilled corn, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, basil, olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper

Brooke:
Monday: 
Charred shrimp, pesto & quinoa bowls
Tuesday: Chicken curry with rice
Wednesday: Ground turkey tacos in hard shells with cilantro lime rice
Thursday: Spaghetti & meatballs with salad
Friday: Slow cooker white chicken chili
