Sunday: Skillet pesto chicken – my friend made this last week and said it’s easy and so good!
Monday: Turkey meatballs with side salad and broccoli
Tuesday: Basil-parmesan crusted salmon (I make in the oven)
Wednesday: Low carb ground chicken taco skillet – another easy recipe the kids love (I do half cauli rice/quinoa).
Thursday: Buffalo cauliflower tacos with avocado crema
Friday: We usually go out or do takeout!
Sunday: Sloppy Joe’s – my kids request this recipe once/week!
Monday: Chili-Lime air fryer salmon
Tuesday: Weeknight lemon chicken breasts
Wednesday: Filets on the grill with baked potatoes
Thursday: Chicken & avocado soup – so good!
Friday: Sophia’s birthday! Heading out to dinner.
