Monday: Orzo with sausage, spinach and corn (great left overs!)
Tuesday: Asian salmon bowls
Wednesday: Grilled dijon/herb chicken, steamed broccoli and couscous
Thursday: Easy/healthy taco salads
Friday: Protein smash burgers with spicy garlic mayo

Brooke:
Monday: Trying a new chicken enchilada recipe!
Tuesday: Caesar salad with air fryer salmon (it’s become a staple for us) – TJ’s salmon rub is so good!
Wednesday: Greek turkey burgers over a Greek salad
Thursday: ground beef & hard shell tacos – my kids request it every week!
Friday: takeout!
