Brooke: A white sofa. I already ran that experiment.
Meggan: LOL same!!!! My white sofa has to be professionally cleaned at least once a quarter. Never again.

Anything you’ve returned recently & why?
Meggan: I returned this scarf top – so cute but my boobs looked ridiculous in it.
Brooke: This top – it was overwhelming, too oversized, and looked a bit like a grandma’s tablecloth with the heavy embroidery.

If you had to pick one BYOS product, which would it be?
Definitely the Rewind Serum! It’s sooo hydrating, improves skin texture and tone, stimulates collagen production, and rich in antioxidants. You can use am & pm and wears well under makeup!

1 current trend you’re into & 1 you’re not?
Brooke: Very into long shorts (as someone who loathes shorts) & NOT into these belts. Had my time with them in the early 2000s and have no plans for a reunion.
Meggan: I’m loving all the fringe and really disliking low rise jeans coming back! And don’t get me wrong, so many girls look amazing in low rise, it’s just not for me lol.

Meggan: Bridesmaids!

If you were going to quit this job tomorrow and start a new career, what would it be?
Meggan: Hmmm I honestly I don’t even know – we’ve been doing Somewhere, Lately since 2013 which is insane!! Maybe I would go into animal charity work? I don’t know exactly what but that sounds fulfilling.
Brooke: I think consulting would be high on my list. I’ve helped a few friends with their businesses and content creation for fun, and really loved that. Still creative without having to be the person creating the content.

Do you have suggestions for biker shorts under dresses? Not slip shorts.
I have this pair and they’re so comfortable and soft!

Do you like your vibration plate?
Meggan: When I was using it consistently, yes! Summer has thrown my morning routine off which is when I normally use it.
Brooke: I just got one, but I haven’t plugged it in yet.

How do you keep your marble countertops clean?
I’m not overly cautious with them, but I really like this countertop cleaner & have heard great things about this one as well.

What are your hacks for getting out of a work rut? Currently feeling so burnt out! Feel you! Take a break from the phone – delete IG and TikTok even if just for one day. I did recently and can’t tell you how much it made a difference in a short amount of time. Clean you workspace. Get outside for a walk. Rest! Take one day truly off and just rest.

What were big hits for your kids’ 1 year-old birthdays?
Gosh seems like so long ago!!! A splash pad, the anywhere chair, this push toy (it’s a little loud but all 3 of my kids loved it) a balance bike, bubble lawn mower, or name puzzles.

Everyday tote bag that is mid-level designer (for summer that can be sturdy enough for kids)?
